Counseling Approach.

Are we born with a how-to guide for being human? Though each guide is unique, I think the answer is yes, but few of us are taught how to read. Insight into ourselves, into others, into how we perceive our worlds, into the framework of who we want to be, and into how we have been taught to handle our lives are all invaluable lessons in helping us learn to read our own individual how-to guides. These insights will help us unshackle ourselves from the harmful assumptions we’re often unaware we’ve made. Having this understanding will help us move away from asking “Why are things this way?” to a place where we can answer the more important question of “How can I move forward?”
