Experience
Jeni provides a range of services, including individual counseling, couples therapy, parental guidance, and faith-based counseling.
She routinely treat clients who are dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, job-related stress, trauma, sexual abuse, and women’s issues (such as postpartum depression, neonatal morbidity, infertility, and domestic violence).
Jeni's passion is helping couples, individuals and families strengthen their relationships, improve their coping skills, and start enjoying all life has to offer!
Education
Jeni is a clinical psychotherapist who completed her post Masters/graduate training at Yale Medical School. Throughout her career of 25 years, she has worked in a variety of settings, including private practices, schools, hospitals, and psychiatric facilities, to help others achieve and improve their quality of life.
Experience
Jeni is a certified Accelerated Resolution Therapist (ART). ART is unique approach to therapy that guides the client to replace the negative images in the mind that cause distressing symptoms. ART uses techniques from EMDR and CBT and often is an effective intervention for trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns.
