We will work collaboratively to uncover thoughts and behaviors that may lead to roadblocks in life satisfaction and affect overall well-being. I tailor my approach to the unique needs of each individual offering a variety of techniques to help you improve coping skills, strengthen relationships, and realize your full potential.

Education
Jaime earned her Master of Education degree in Counseling from the University of North Texas and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of South Carolina.
Experience
Jaime is a client centered counselor with experience treating adolescents in a variety of settings, helping couples navigate relational issues, and advocating for victim’s rights.
Prior to working in private practice, Jaime was an Assistant Couples Director for The Gottman Institute and has most recently been a language arts teacher for a local private school. She specializes in individual counseling, and her passion is helping teens and adults manage anxiety and depression.
