Dr. Marcey Mettica
Counseling Approach.
I believe everyone has the inner capabilities to cope with problems and move toward self-fulfillment and happiness, but sometimes we ALL need help to do so. By focusing on feelings, thoughts, relationships, and personal or family patterns, individuals can gain greater insight and discover how to move to a place of contentment and wholeness. I consider counseling an opportunity to work together, to help you or your child, solve existing concerns, reach new goals, and experience the joy in life you desire.
