Counseling Approach.

I believe people grow when given a safe environment to understand themselves with the help of empathy, compassion, and professional unbiased feedback. I specialize in children and adolescents but work with all ages through different modalities including: play therapy, activity therapy, traditional talk therapy, and EMDR. I believe counseling is a collaboration between the individual/family and counselor to solve issues and create new goals to experience a more fulfilling life.
