Through these discussions, I will help you feel understood, grow in your own understanding of your struggle, identify themes and patterns of thoughts and behaviors, and develop greater emotional awareness. I wholeheartedly believe that people possess the ability to grow and change and counseling is an excellent place to work towards lasting growth. I see counseling as a collaborative effort where you and I will work together to establish goals and find resolution as I provide helpful resources while offering encouragement, insight, education, empathy, and hope along the way.
