Counseling Approach

At the heart of my work is a belief that healing begins in real, human connection—the kind where you can exhale, show up as you are, and feel deeply seen. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in empathy, curiosity, and playfulness, honoring each person as the expert in their own story. After more than a decade advocating for children and families in the child welfare system, I’ve learned that growth often begins in the messy middle—in the tension, ambiguity, and quiet courage it takes to keep showing up. Together, we’ll explore the patterns, values, and inner strengths that shape your story, working toward greater self-awareness, balance, and peace. My hope is to create a space where healing feels possible, hope can take root, and you can begin living with deeper confidence and alignment with who you truly are.
