Counseling Approach

Eva recognizes the innate worth in individuals and believes that each person is shaped by their unique life journey. She believes that all people, regardless of age, are able to dictate change in their own lives and she walks alongside her clients throughout the process. Eva’s theoretical framework consists of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Existential Therapy. She meets her clients where they are, encourages growth, and provides a safe, trusting, and collaborative environment for them to work towards healing and growth.
