Hannah believes everyone, regardless of age, are the expert in their own life, and she wants to support you in becoming the person YOU want to be. She believes each stage of life is equally beautiful and challenging, and strives to create an empowering environment for children, teens, and adults to work through their experiences. She is passionate about bringing families together in the counseling setting so they can create lasting change and supportive systems that allow them to grow and prosper. Hannah's theoretical framework utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and relational-cultural theory to prioritize honoring the unique lived experiences of her clients.

Education

Education and Experience

Hannah specializes in children, teens, prenatal and postnatal maternal care, and women.

Education

Hannah is finishing her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She is in the practicum and internship phase of her program. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Child Learning and Development as well as Speech Language Pathology from The University of Texas at Dallas.

Experience

Hannah has extensive experience working with children and adolescents. Before pursuing counseling, she worked in the childcare field for seven years and has two young boys of her own. She has experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), developmental delays, learning differences, ADHD, and children who use augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices and hearing aids.

In addition to working with children and families, she is also passionate about supporting new parents from pre-conception to post-birth and beyond. She believes supporting the mental health of parents and caregivers sets us up for generational success.
