Caden Gravley holds a Masters of Arts in Professional Counseling and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Dallas Baptist University. 

Experience

Caden uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy along with Person Centered Therapy. With these modalities, she works on identifying and reframing negative thought patterns with her clients. Caden believes that setting goals in collaboration with her clients, will help them take steps toward lasting change! Caden believes that the relationship between her and her client is essential to making lasting change, and she is committed to giving the best care possible to her clients.
