Counseling Approach

Caroline believes that healing occurs most deeply in a space grounded in authenticity and compassion. She is committed to creating a warm, welcoming, and safe environment where clients can genuinely express themselves and explore their inner world. Recognizing the therapeutic relationship as the heart of meaningful change, she intentionally builds trusting connections so clients feel seen, heard, and free to share their stories without fear. She works from the belief that clients are the experts on their own lives. She sees her role as walking alongside them with kindness, respect, and curiosity, offering support as they discover and connect with their own strengths. Trusting in each person’s innate capacity for growth, resilience, and wholeness, she hopes to create a space that empowers clients to move toward a life that feels aligned and truly their own.

Caroline is completing her Master’s degree in Professional Counseling at Dallas Baptist University. She is currently completing her practicum and internship requirements. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Baylor University.

Caroline has experience working with children and adolescents in both educational and therapeutic settings. She also has experience supporting individuals with ASD and has worked with people of all ages in a healthcare environment.
