Our lives can be filled with passion, excitement, joy, and commitment, until we experience change that alters our perspective. You are not alone. Social, emotional, and physical changes can cause pain, hurt, and unexpected challenges. I offer a safe environment to explore current circumstances, strengths, and healthy coping skills to restore the self and improve relationships. My approach is empathetically direct, encouraging, and I place emphasis on personal responsibility and acceptance.
I look forward to helping you find your passion and joy once again!
