Counseling Approach
Victoria believes in the power of creating a non-judgemental, safe, and empathic space where people are able to engage in self-exploration. She views the therapeutic relationship as the principal agent of change and healing, therefore she believes it is vital to create a space where one is comfortable enough to share their story and process any feelings that come up. She views counseling as a collaborative process, where clients feel a sense of empowerment and self-awareness, as she is able to provide them with support, respect, and honesty. She believes that people of all ages have anatural drive towards personal growth and will work to foster the environment where they are able to reach the fullest potential.
