Counseling Approach
Seasons of life can bring unexpected stress, transition, and emotional strain. Reaching out for support takes courage, and Mary considers it a privilege to walk alongside clients in that step. She creates a calm and supportive space where individuals feel heard, understood, and respected. Together with her clients, she works to identify patterns that may be keeping them stuck and to build practical tools that lead to greater confidence and emotional strength. Whether someone is navigating life transitions, relationship stress, parenting challenges, or feeling stretched thin, Mary provides a safe and non-judgmental environment for growth and healing.

Education and Experience
Mary is completing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Amberton University and is fulfilling her practicum requirements. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Art Institute of Colorado.
For more than twenty years, Mary worked closely with clients in a professional setting where she developed strong skills in listening carefully, building trust, and guiding people through meaningful change. She brings those same strengths into the counseling room today. She has experience working with children, teens, young adults, individuals, and families navigating divorce and blended family dynamics.
