Naomi Hernandez

Counseling Approach
Naomi believes that every client has a story worth telling. She believes everyone has the ability to grow, by taking the pen and writing their own story; overcoming struggles with resilience, shifting negative thought processes, and learning to love their strengths and weaknesses. Naomi’s theoretical framework consist of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Narrative Therapy. She believes hope can be found even in the darkest of places. Naomi chooses to meet her clients in any walk of life, coming beside them to journey towards building a future of growth, hope, and healing.
