I believe that individuals possess the qualities needed to flourish. I encourage curiosity, intuition, and creativity. I want to help my clients reach their full potential as human beings and help them create a life beyond their wildest dreams. The therapeutic environment will be a safe place in which empathy and nonjudgement stand firm. I want my clients to experience a sense of acceptance, openness, and unconditional positive regard. I believe in allowing my clients to make their own discoveries while guiding them in an accepting way and helping them to see the beauty within themselves.

Education
Jennifer earned her Master of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling from Dallas Baptist University. Her Bachelor degree in Psychology was earned from Saint Bonaventure University.
Experience
Jennifer has has over eleven years experience in the mental health field. She has worked as a counselor, clinic director, director of admissions, and a substance abuse counselor in both in patient and out patient settings.
Experience
Jennifer provides a range of services, including individual counseling, couples therapy, parental guidance, and adolescent counseling. She routinely treats clients who are dealing with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and PTSD.
Her passion is helping couples, individuals and families strengthen their relationships, improve their coping skills, and start enjoying all life has to offer!
