Nicky Richardson

Counseling Approach
I believe every person has a unique way of looking at the world, and sometimes we all need a little help finding a common language to connect with others. My approach to counseling focuses on developing a strong therapeutic relationship based on authenticity, empathy, unconditional positive regard, and encouragement. I believe each client—big and small—can find balance and wellness by understanding their unique style of life and replacing the strategies that no longer work for them. You can do it, and we can help.
