Counseling Approach.

When given a safe, accepting environment, I believe that all people, regardless of age, have the ability to strive towards personal growth and fulfillment. As a person-centered therapist, I trust both in the power of the unconditionally accepting therapeutic relationship, and in my client’s capacity to heal and change. I meet my clients where they are and approach each relationship as a collaborative partnership. I allow my clients to lead the way, but I am with them at every step of the journey.
