She is passionate about helping those who feel discouraged or disconnected build the insight and skills necessary to achieve personal goals. Duc uses a person-centered approach to create a counseling setting that is safe, accepting, and encouraging of personal development.

Education and Experience
Duc received a Master of Science degree in Counseling with a concentration in children and adolescents, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a double minor in Business Administration and Advertising from Southern Methodist University (SMU).
Duc has a significant amount of experience working with children and adolescents who have experienced trauma, eating disorders, and mood disorders, such as depression and anxiety. She has experience counseling children, adolescents and adults in a variety of settings: Children’s Health hospital, private practices, telehealth, and non-profit agencies.
In addition, Duc has specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for children, adolescents, and adults. Duc has provided Play Therapy in-person and through Telehealth and has experience with Neurofeedback at Vanguard Center for Neurological Health.
