Counseling Approach

As a counselor, I work from a person-centered approach and believe that healing and growth take place through empathy, acceptance, and an authentic therapeutic relationship. I provide my clients with a safe, supportive environment to process trauma, develop coping skills, and work through life's challenges. My goal is to walk alongside my clients on their journey towards healing, insight, and self-discovery.
